Crab Cart

Used for many years in the north East, Crab Cart is made from crab meat that is impacted into a block before being frozen. A very soft bait that must be encased in bait mesh to keep it on the hooks, but despite the effort required to prepare it properly it is one of the best cod baits that we know.
